Terrance D. Cassidy, 76, of Altoona, died Tuesday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late George and Mary (Hoffman) Cassidy. Surviving is his brother, Eugene; and sister, Kathleen Glass (Anthony). Terrance was a graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle High School and served in the U.S. Air Force from 1969-73. He retired as the purchasing manager at James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center. Terrance enjoyed the outdoors. Friends will be received from 1 until the 2 p.m. funeral service Friday, Aug. 7, 2026, at Rose Hill Funeral & Cremation Care Inc., 118 Rosehill Cemetery Drive, Altoona, with the Rev. Monsignor Stanley B. Carson, officiant.
