Kevin E. Rhodes, 60, Martinsburg, died Monday. He was born in Martinsburg, son of Lloyd and Kathryn M. (Shultz) Rhodes. In addition to his mother, he is survived by three children: Wade, Weston and Sadie; three grandchildren; and four siblings: Randy, Christine, Laura and Ruth. Friends will be received from 6 until the 7 p.m. memorial service Monday, Aug. 17, 2026, at Fink & Stone Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Martinsburg.
