Joyce A. (Bradley) Weakland, 90, of Duncansville, passed away peacefully at her residence, as she requested. She was born in Johnstown, daughter of the late Chester and Frances (Sheridan) Bradley.
She married Faber Weakland, who preceded her in death in 2016 after sharing 56 years of marriage.
Surviving are three daughters: Kimberly Gildea (Brian), Jocelyn Lieberman and Suzanne Reid (Steve); a son, John and wife, Shelly; 10 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and siblings: Kay Zelenski, Jayne Wertz and Andy Carney.
Joyce graduated from Slippery Rock University with a BS in Education and retired from Penn Cambria School District after more than 30 years as a Health and Phys-Ed teacher.
She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church.
Joyce enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.
All services are private at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
Private committal will be at Calvary Cemetery.
