Vicki Kay Caber, 73, of Tampa, Fla., formerly of Altoona, passed away early Friday morning with her children at her side. Vicki was born in Altoona, the daughter of the late Paul and Helen (Gummo) Robinson of Bellwood. She was a 1970 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School. Vicki is survived by her daughter, Misty D. Caber of Tampa, Fla.; and her son, Randy H. Caber Jr. in New Mexico; and her extended family. In accordance with Vicki's wishes, there will be no public service. Donations can be made in Vicki's name to Pet Pal Animal Shelter, St. Petersburg, Fla.
