Robert L. "Bob" Miller, 65, Tyrone, died Thursday at his residence. He was the son of the late Dallas and Margaret (Temo) Miller. On Sept. 18, 1987, he married Nancy McCully, who survives in Tyrone.
Also surviving are a son, Robert L. Miller II (Amanda); grandchildren, Elcee and Eastyn; two brothers, Dallas (Patsy) Miller in Florida and William Miller of Pittsburgh.
He was a 1979 graduate of Tyrone High School and was a truck driver for New Enterprise Co. for more than 20 years. He loved woodworking, his model train layout and special time with his grandchildren.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Derman Funeral Home Inc., and from 11 a.m. until the noon funeral service Wednesday, July 22, 2026, the Rev. Carl A. Schmidt officiating. His interment will be at Allport Cemetery.
