Dorsey Lonsinger, 50, of Altoona, died unexpectedly on June 29, 2026, after a stroke. Dorsey attended Altoona Area High School and lived in Altoona for most of his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorsey and Barbara Lonsinger.
Dorsey is survived by his wife, Nicole Lonsinger; his children, Ashlee Lonsinger (Duran Carmen) and Samantha Lonsinger (Malik Dempsie); his grandchildren: Justin, Aiden and Estella; his sister, Cris Lonsinger; brother, Michael Lockard; and mother-in-law, Karen Bollinger. We will miss him more than words can say.
Services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2026, at Fourth Street Church of God, 2010 Fourth St., Altoona.
Arrangements are by Myers-Somers Funeral Home Inc., Altoona.
