Charles A. Williams Jr., 76, of Duncansville, passed away Saturday at his residence. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Charles Sr. and Reida M. (Yon) Williams.
He married Gwen Sell in 1969.
Surviving are his wife of 57 years; a daughter, Amy Martino and husband, Mark, of Altoona; three sons: Charles and wife, Sherri, of Altoona, Mike and wife, Lesly, of Martinsburg and Brooks of Duncansville; five grandchildren: Josh, Nick, Logan, Luke and Landon; a great-granddaughter, Lyla; and a sister, Judy Kubica.
Chuck graduated from Altoona Area High School in 1968 and served in the U.S. Air Force. He retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad after 30 years as a welder.
Chuck enjoyed hunting, fly fishing with his own flies and was an outdoor enthusiast. He loved nature and spending time with his family.
Friends will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2026, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a funeral service will be held at 3 p.m.
Private interment at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.
