Carol Armstrong

Carol Armstrong, 66, of Altoona, passed away June 26, 2026, with her two children at her side. She was born in Narberth, daughter of Bernie and Richard McConnell. Carol grew up in a full and lively household with her sisters, Linda and Cathie; and brothers: Ricky, Billy and Johnny. She is remembered by her daughter, Tara; her son, Paul; and daughter-in-law, Eden; as well as many others. Carol was preceded in death by her husband, David; and siblings: Cathie, Linda, Ricky and Billy. Her family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the close friends and caregivers that ensured she maintained her independence until the very end.
