Terry Lee Boyd, 85, of Altoona, passed away Tuesday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Tyrone, a son of the late Levi and Florence (Cupp) Boyd.

Surviving are children, Rodney DeFrancesco and Anita Rhodes, married to Mark; grandson Joseph A. DeFrancesco, married to Jorden; and great-grandsons, Benjamin and Harrison DeFrancesco.

He was a faithful and devoted member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Altoona.

A devoted sports fan, he proudly supported Penn State Football, Tyrone Football, Altoona Curve, Pittsburgh Pirates, Pittsburgh Penguins and Pittsburgh Steelers. Whether attending the games in person or cheering from home, his enthusiasm was undeniable.
