Terrance L. ‘Terry’ Colyer

On June 9, 1973, he married Dianne M. Field at Logan Valley Presbyterian Church, Bellwood.

Surviving are his wife; three children: Jessica L. (Christopher) Eaton of Blue Ridge Summit, Matthew A. (Katy Scites) of Mont Alto and Ryan M. at home; three grandsons: Riley and Weston Eaton and Trevor Colyer; and four siblings: Loretta A. Clapper of Tyrone, Donald E. “Hank” (Donna) and Mark A. (Lynn), both of Cresson, and Betty L. (Jeff) Nearhood of Tipton.

He was preceded in death by a brother, George F. Jr.

Terry was a 1966 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School and a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served during the Vietnam era. He retired as a sales manager at Nittany Oil Co.

Terry was a member of Logan Valley Presbyterian Church, Bellwood, and the Hiriam Lodge, Altoona Consistory and Jaffa Shrine.

He enjoyed hunting, going on cruises and visiting various casinos. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, and he especially enjoyed attending his grandsons’ basketball and baseball games.

Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 14, 2026, at Jon C. Russin Funeral Home Inc., Bellwood.

A funeral service with military honors will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 15, 2026, at the funeral home, with Pastor Nathan Koozer officiating. Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park, Antis Township.
