Also surviving is a brother, Levi McGlynn; grandfathers, Jeff Glace Sr. and Dave McGlynn; great-grandmothers, Peg Supina and Jean Glace; a great-aunt, Ellen Henninger; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by grandmothers, Eileen “Bit” Glace and Mary McGlynn; great-grandfather, Larry Glace; and great-grandmother, Louise Henninger.

Taylan was a 2025 graduate of Tyrone Area High School, where she was a member of the Lady Eagles volleyball team. She was also a member of the Horseshoe Volleyball Club both as a player and a coach. She was previously a paraprofessional at the Tyrone Area Elementary School and recently began a job as a BHT at Honeycomb ABA Therapy that she was excited about.

Whether she was at the beach, hiking, riding dirt bikes, hunting or fishing, she enjoyed being outdoors. She loved her car, and cars in general, especially Mustangs. She delighted in going on vacation, eating good food and spending time with all of her friends. She was into photography, doing photo shoots with her friends, and had aspirations of owning her own photography studio one day.

Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Tyrone Alliance Church; and from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at noon Friday, June 12, 2026, at the church, with the Rev. Carl Schmidt officiating.

Private interment will be made at Bald Eagle Cemetery.
