Robert F. Winston

Robert F. Winston, 87, of Martinsburg, passed away Saturday at UPMC Altoona with his daughter by his side. He was born in Johns­town, a son of the late Walter and Veronica “Vera” (Boxler) Winston. On May 17, 1969, he married Patricia Joyce (Ashom) Winston, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Lynn Winston of Martinsburg. Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving as a helicopter mechanic in Korea. A graveside service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, July 3, 2026, at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg. Arrangements are by Fink & Stone Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Martinsburg.
