Louise C. Albright, Altoona, peacefully passed away on Thursday at the age of 101, surrounded by the loving presence of her family.
She was born in Munson, daughter of the late Emil and Augusta (Banks) Tulowitzki. On June 15, 1946, she married Frederick D. Albright. He preceded her in death on Dec. 14, 1992.
Louise is survived by a son, Fred Albright (Donna) of Hollidaysburg; two daughters, Carol McCracken of Altoona and Dianne Neff of Hollidaysburg; grandchildren: Matthew Albright (Shannon), Mark Albright (Wynter), Jeff Neff (Leanne), Timothy Neff and Noah Neff (Danielle); great-grandchildren: Joy, Issac, Jimmy and Ryan Neff and Ryan and Andrew Albright; and two sisters, Genevive Sejda in South Carolina and Mildred Gradwell of Philadelphia.
She was preceded in death by six siblings: Albert, Herbert, Ruth, Mary, Jule and Harold.
Louise attended Providence Presbyterian Church. She lived a life defined by hard work and kindness. She found great joy in cooking and baking, sharing her talents and warmth with those around her.
Family and friends will be received from 10 a.m. until noon on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., where a funeral service will begin at noon, the Rev. Dr. Hilary E. Livingston officiating. Interment will be made at Alto-Reste Park.
