Jeannine M. Fagley, 89, Altoona, passed away Monday morning at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center. Friends will be received from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2026, at Providence Presbyterian Church, 2401 Broad Ave., Altoona, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 4:30 p.m., with the Rev.
