Gayle S. Hertzog

She was born in Greenwood, daughter of Franklin C. and Pearl E. (Fisher) Smith.

She is survived by son, Luke (Anita) Hertzog of Dysart; a grandchild, Brandy (Kevin) Eckenrod, and her children: Joelle, Emma and Evelyn; Eileen (Carl) Dumm; grandchildren: Patrick (Julie) Hertzog and Jason (Nicole) Hertzog and his children, Natasha and Conner; a sister, Barbara Arnold; a nephew, Bill Arnold; and a very good friend who was like a daughter to her, Betty Wilkinson.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles “Pat” Hertzog; and a son, Patrick (fiancee, Cindy Weakland) Hertzog.

Gayle enjoyed horses, cats, going to watch her grandchildren play ball, bird watching and western shows.
