Donald R. Ellis

Donald R. Ellis, 89, of Duncansville, formerly of Portage, passed away Tuesday. He was born in Portage, son of the late Clyde and Genevieve (Moyer) Ellis. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Darlene O’Shaben. Surviving are his wife of 68 years, Betty Jane (Crum) Ellis; children: Diane Corran, Jeffrey Ellis, Jennifer Glass, Donald Ellis, Tracy Beaupre and Susan Kirsch; and several grandchildren. Our family is grateful to Celebration Villa and Gentiva Hospice for their loving care and support. At Don’s request, there will be no public visitation or services. Arrangements are by Serenko-Claar Funeral Home PC, Portage.
