Carol A. Foor

Carol A. Foor, 83, of Bellwood, died Tuesday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Bellwood, daughter of the late William H. and Ada A. (VanScoyoc) Root. Surviving are her husband, Lloyd W.; and children, Lloyd Bradley Foor and Crystal Clark. She was preceded in death by her son, Tim Root; and a brother, William H. Root Jr. To honor her wishes, there will be no public viewing, visitation or funeral services. Arrangements are by Jon C. Russin Funeral Home Inc., Bellwood.
