Sandra L. (Mongan) Ferry, 78, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Thursday at home, surrounded by family. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Paul Sr. and Naomi (Mongan) Alleman.
Surviving are two daughters, Tammy Ferry and Michele Luciano, both of Altoona; a son, Scott Ferry of Altoona; three grandchildren: Dylan, Billy and Heather; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Kathy O’Neal and Barbara Frye; and nieces and nephews.
Sandy graduated from Altoona Area High School in 1966 and retired as an LPN after more than 40 years.
She was of the Catholic faith.
Sandy enjoyed listening to Elvis and the Beatles, traveling and reading.
As Sandy’s request, there will be no public services.
