Ruth E. Watson

Ruth Elizabeth Watson, 86, of Graystone Manor at Bellmeade, left this earth on Monday to be with her husband, Charles, who passed away in 2014. Ruth was the daughter of the late Frank and Velma (Woodring) Smith. Surviving are her brother, Russell Smith (Debbie); a niece, Roxanne; a nephew, Scott; a son, Randy McCready; grandchildren: Michael, Amanda and Austin; four great-grandchildren; a stepson Lee “Chip” Watson, with whom she resided; and a daughter-in-law, Jenn Luciano. There will be no public services. Arrangements are by Fink & Stone Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Martinsburg.
