Frederick W. “Bill” Brewer, 67, of Altoona, passed away Sunday at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Altoona. He was born in Altoona, son of the later Frederick G. and Catherine (Adams) Brewer.
He married Charlotte (Diehl), who preceded him in death in 2011.
Surviving are his special friends: Bob and Sharon Miller, Tammy and Shannon Taylor, and Tom Shoeman and his work family.
Bill graduated from Altoona Area High School and worked at Blair Image Element for more than 40 years.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus for more than 50 years.
Bill enjoyed riding his Harley and tinkering with motors.
Friends will be received from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, May 29, 2026, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 5 p.m.
Private interment at Calvary Cemetery.
