Cynthia L. Bills

Cynthia L. Bills, 78, Saint Benedict, passed away Tuesday. She was born in California, daughter of the late Richard and Eileen (Owens) Bills. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Randy and Terry Bills; sister-in-law, Millie; and nephew, Stephen. Surviving are siblings: Rick, Greg, Ryan and Chris Bills and Marilisa Painter. Cindy gave generously of her time and talents throughout the community. Visitation is from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Moriconi Funeral Home Inc., Northern Cambria. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Carrolltown.
