William K. Sunderland
March 10, 1969 – April 4, 2026
William K. Sunderland, 57, of Coalport, passed away April 4, 2026, at UPMC Altoona after an extended illness. He was born in Altoona, a son of Jack Jr. and Deb (Horvath) Sunderland.
He was the husband of Vicki L. (Parson) Sunderland, with whom he shared 13 years of marriage.
William was a graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School in 1987.
He was employed as a van driver at Skills of Central PA for seven years and then on disability until his passing.
William is survived by his wife, Vicki; his brother, Ronald Sunderland; his stepdaughter, Kelsie Morningstar; many nieces and nephews; and his best friends, Randy Wombacher and Andy Steele.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Jack; and mother, Deb (Horvath) Sunderland; grandmother, Mardell Cooper; and many friends from dialysis.
William enjoyed camping, traveling and watching the Steelers.
He will be remembered for his humor, quick wit and being a fighter through all his ailments.
