Kathleen Ann ‘Kathy’ Custer

Kathy is survived by her devoted husband of 32 years, Larry R. Custer; her son, Jeremy Truscello; her cherished granddaughter, Chloe Truscello; and her special feline companions: Abby, Zeva and Kenzi Blye.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Leonard Lacue.

Kathy was a proud graduate of Greater Johnstown Senior High School, Class of 1968. She continued her education at Mansfield University, earning her bachelor’s degree in 1972.

She went on to dedicate many years of service to the Cambria County Area Agency on Aging, from which she later retired.

Kathy found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved traveling, reading, tending to her flower gardens and spending quiet time solving crossword puzzles and working on jigsaw puzzles alongside her husband, Larry.

At Kathy’s request, there will be no visitation. A private graveside service will be held at Alto-Reste Park, Altoona. All services will be at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are by The Good Funeral Home Inc., Altoona.
