John C. Christman, 43, of Altoona, passed away Monday after a brief illness. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Stephen and Cynthia (Casatelli) Christman.
Surviving are his fiancee, Kimberly Weyandt; two sons, Dante Christman and Dorian Wertz; a grandson, Carson; and a brother, Joey Christman.
John graduated from Altoona Area High School in 2001.
He enjoyed playing the guitar, music and fishing with his family.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
