Jan R. Bussard, 80, of Williamsburg, passed away Jan. 28, 2026, at Van Zandt VA Medical Center. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Shellytown Fairview Cemetery, with Pastor David Cadle and Pastor Mindy Hillegas, officiating. Military honors provided by Blair County Veterans Honor Guard. Arrangements by Fink & Stone Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Williamsburg.
