Douglas D. Drake

Douglas D. Drake, 77, of Cresson, passed away Thursday. He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel D. Drake and Olga A. (Pozycki) Drake; and his brothers, Gary W. Drake and Paul W. Drake. Douglas is survived by his wife of 32 years, Brenda (Weaver) Drake; sibling, Té Drake; sons, Roman G. Drake and Miles E. Drake; and daughter, Olivia R. Drake. Douglas joined the 101st Airborne Division, serving as a medic in Vietnam. He was awarded the Purple Heart and the Soldier’s Medal. Friends will be received from 2 until the 4 p.m. funeral service Monday, April 20, 2026, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
