Donald E. Dodson, 83, of Hollidaysburg, passed away April 7, 2026. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Nelson L. and Blanche O. (Johnston) Dodson.
He married Zenith A. Hoover in 1964. She preceded him in death in 2024 after sharing 59 years of marriage.
Surviving is a son, Dan, and his wife, Samantha; a sister, Paulette Clapper; and four brothers: Ronald, Richard, Paul and Randy Dodson.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly Dodson, in 1965; two sisters, Star Joy Dodson and Virginia Hann; and a brother, David Dodson.
Don retired after 41 years as machine operator from Small Tube Products Inc..
He was an avid outdoorsman and had a passion for upland bird hunting and his Brittany dogs.
There will be no services.
