Carol Jean Milos, 76, of Duncansville, died March 31, 2026, at Celebration Villa of Altoona, Duncansville, after a long illness. She was born in Troy, N.Y., daughter of the late John Milos and Florence E. Welter Milos. She was raised in Troy and attended school there and resided in Pennsylvania for 18 years.

Carol was employed at Northeastern Career Planning in Menands for 26 years.

She was a longtime member of the former First Baptist Church in Troy.

Carol had a great love of animals and a talent for completing even the most difficult puzzles, doing word searches and coloring.

Survivors include her sister, Mary (late Brian) Amato of Hollidaysburg; and her nieces, Amy Klonsky and Barbara Amato of Hollidaysburg. She will be greatly missed by her great-nieces, Izzy Klonsky and Eva Gerrity; and great-nephews, Alex Klonsky and Wyatt Gerrity; as well as cousins: Linda Milos and her family, Mark Sleicher and his family, Robin McCloskey and her family, Nancy Consolo and her family and Terry Langlois and her family.

A graveside service will be held on a later date at the family plot in Oakwood Cemetery, Troy, N.Y. Details will be announced.
