Bernhard A. Stotler

He was born in Altoona, son of the late Glenn Z. and Hilda (Houschka) Stotler.

Surviving are his three children: Michael (fiancee, Betty) and Melodie and Megan Stotler; six grandchildren: Isabella and Brooklyn Stotler, Harley Vaughan, Delilah Brunner, Owen Karle and Elijah

Stotler; siblings, Erich (Lori) and Karin (Pete) Stotler; and his special friend, Dr. Jay Robinson.

He was preceded by a son, Matthew; grandchildren, Kennedy Vaughan and Emmanuel Stotler; brothers, Glenn and Ben; and the love of his life, Beverly Everhart.

Bernhard was a 1981 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle High School. He retired as a heavy equipment operator at Ventre Excavating, Altoona, and had also owned his own company for 10 years. He served his community as a life member of Pinecroft Fire Company and as an EMT.

To honor his request, there will be no viewing, visitation or funeral service.

Arrangements are by Jon C. Russin Funeral Home Inc., Bellwood.

The family suggests monetary donation in his memory be made to the funeral home to help defer funeral expenses.
