Sandra F. Geimer, 76, Altoona, died Feb. 9, 2026, at her home. She was born in Altoona, a daughter of the late Robert J. Foust and Barbara (Redline) Foust Braim.
She married Charles J. “Chuck” Geimer Jr. on Aug. 11, 2000, in Rockville, Md.
Surviving are her husband, Charles “Chuck” Geimer, Altoona; a stepdaughter, Melissa Geimer in Virginia; three siblings: Pamela Foust Leipold of Jefferson, Pa., Robert Foust in Pittsburgh and Rebecca Foust in California.
She was preceded in death by a son, Justin Beigle; and twin sister, Linda Kehoe.
Sandra retired as the office manager at Kopp Drug.
She was a graduate of Altoona Area High School.
Her hobbies included building miniature doll houses.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, March 16, 2026, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., 719 N. Fourth Ave., Altoona, with committal at Grandview Cemetery.
