Ramona G. (Dively) Shannon

She was twice married, first to Ronald H. Fagan Sr., and then to James E. Shannon, both of whom preceded her in death.

Surviving are four children: daughter, Tammy L. Edwards (Mike) of Flinton; son, Ronald H. Fagan Jr. (Melissa); son, William D. Fagan Sr. (Kim); daughter, Brenda L. Causer (Dan), all of Altoona; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson, all of whom she loved very much.

Ramona was preceded in death by a grandson, William D. Fagan Jr.; three sisters: Betty A. Neeley, Henrietta J. Reynolds and Doreen Conahye; and three brothers: William C. Dively, Calvin B. Dively and Gerald E. Dively.

Mrs. Shannon was a member of Altoona Bible Church.

Ramona was formerly employed as a lead/supervisor at C-Cor Electronics.

She enjoyed doing crafts and going to plays, but she most especially loved spending time with her family and friends.

She was a member of the Mill Run Ladies Auxiliary and the Juniata VFW Post #8685 (Fort Apache) Ladies Auxiliary.

Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Myers-Somers Funeral Home Inc., 501 Sixth Ave., Altoona, where a funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. with Pastor Stewart W. McClelland officiating.

Interment will be made at Blair Memorial Park, Bellwood.
