Kevin Emil Ocker, 72, Altoona, died Wednesday at his home after an extended illness. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Thomas and Marcella (Clouser Ocker.
On Feb. 19, 1977, he married Sondra Forney at Church of God in Lakemont. Together they shared 49 years of marriage.
He is survived by daughters: Stacey (Ocker) Giordano and husband, John, of Altoona; Kendra (Ocker) Wolfe and husband, Doug, of Hershey; and Jennifer (Ocker) Lattieri of Altoona; grandchildren: Shauna Crownover (fiance, Jacob McMullen), Giavonna Giordano, Courtney Crownover, Madison Crownover, Dylan Wolfe and Olivia Wolfe; great-grandchildren, Brody McMullen and Lincoln McMullen; sisters, Debbie Ashburn (husband, Rich) and Sandra Barfield; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Ocker; and brother-in-law, Joseph Barfield.
Kevin served in the United States Navy.
He was a devoted husband and father and enjoyed fishing, camping, bowling and roller-skating.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
