Joann C. Trostle
June 18, 1941 – March 27, 2026
Joann C. Trostle, 84, of Altoona, passed away Friday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Gertrude Taylor.
She married Francis Trostle Sr., who preceded her in death in 2015 after sharing 52 years of marriage.
Surviving are two sons, Francis Jr. and Bernard of Altoona; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two sisters.
She was preceded in death by children, Sherry Rickabaugh and Robert Trostle.
Joann retired as a seamstress from Tritex.
She enjoyed arts and crafts, crocheting and helping people.
