Raymond D. ‘Ray’ Treon

Raymond D. “Ray” Treon, 77, Cresson, died Wednesday. He was born in Harrisburg, son of the late John Sr. and Margaret (Decker) Treon. He was also preceded in death by infant sons, Benjamin and Donald; brothers, John Jr. and Matthew; and a niece, Jennifer. Surviving are his wife, Mary Ann; sons, Adam and Father Justin Treon; and brothers: Michael, William, Gary, Steve and Robert. Ray was a U.S. Army veteran. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, 2026, at Gibbons-Houser Funeral Home Inc., Gallitzin. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 23, 2026, at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Cresson.
