Linda Irene Helsel

Surviving are her sister, Gloria J. (Helsel) Bowser of Altoona; brothers, William R. Helsel (Audrey) of Ebensburg and Bruce E. Helsel (Marsha) of Williamsburg; and her beloved dog Ricky, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Linda was a 1970 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School and went on to serve in the U.S. Marine Corps, where she attended Kodak Film School and worked as a photographer for the military. In her civilian life, Linda worked as a property manager, managing apartment complexes in Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia. In her spare time, she loved to fish, golf and pursue her continued passion for photography.

Arrangements are by Citty Funeral Home, Reidsville, N.C. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Altoona.
