Jeanne Marie Hoaglund, 97, of Altoona, peacefully passed away Tuesday at her residence. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Rice) Sullivan.
Surviving Jeanne are her five daughters: Karen R. Stewart (Sonny), Sharon J. Davis, Cheryl A. Johnson, Cynthia F. Gampe and Robyn C. Bauer (Terry), all of Altoona; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and three nieces.
Jeanne was preceded in death by nine siblings; her special niece, Diane Hoover; her lifelong companion, John “Jack” Eberhardt Jr.; two grandsons; and a great-granddaughter.
She was a graduate of Altoona High School.
Jeanne retired from Chicago Rivet and Machine Co.
She was a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church.
Jeanne enjoyed dancing, roller skating, attending concerts and traveling. She especially loved spending time with her family.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are by The Stevens Mortuary Inc., Altoona.
