Eugene J. Ebert

Eugene J. Ebert, 82, Altoona, passed away Saturday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Frederick and Teresa (Stetter) Ebert. Eugene is survived by his children: Joseph Ebert and Julie James, both of Hollidaysburg, and Patricia Ebert of Altoona; seven grandchildren; and a sister, Patricia Alderman. He was a 1961 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle High School. Eugene served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He retired from PPG, Tipton, after 40 years as a line operator. At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements by The Stevens Mortuary Inc., Altoona. Interment will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
