Dorothy L. Stiffler

Dorothy L. Stiffler, 86, of Hopewell, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026. She was born in Hopewell, a daughter of the late William W. and M. Ruby (Eller) Koontz. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl; and siblings, Margaret Dodson and Richard “Dick” Koontz. Surviving are siblings: Gloria Ziviello, Phyllis Schroth and Ralph Koontz; and sister-in-law, Emily Koontz. Friends will be received from 9:30 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Monday, Feb. 16, 2026, at Akers Funeral Home Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett. Burial will be held privately at Loysburg Cemetery.
