It is with very heavy hearts, that we announce the peaceful passing of Diane Louise (Shuss) Webster, age 79, on Sunday. A beloved wife, mother, sister and grandmother, Diane will always be remembered for her exceptional, passionate and unwavering love for her most prized possession, her family.
Born in Altoona, Diane was predeceased by her parents, Jay Conwell Shuss and Addabelle Deitch Shuss.
Diane attended Altoona High School Class of 1964, and furthered her education by attending and graduating from Robert Morris College in 1968.
Diane's unique and loving heart impacted her family deeply and her memories will be cherished indefinitely by her surviving members. Those family members include her husband of 57 years and high school sweetheart, Thomas L. Webster; and their two children, Michele Webster Graves and Thomas
Webster, along with their spouses, Kurt Graves and Karen Haberstroh; Diane's sister, Bonnie Shuss Boland and her spouse, Jim Boland; and Diane's nephew, Jim Boland. Her surviving six granddaughters: Brooke Graves (27), Faith Graves (23), Giselle Graves (18), Mia Webster (23), Zoe Webster (21) and Ava Webster (18) meant the absolute world to her.
Private services will be held Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., 108 Alto-Reste Park, Altoona.
Flower donations can be made to the funeral home and would be greatly appreciated.
