Thomas W. Bainey

Tom was born in Philipsburg, son of Thomas L. and Barbara (Johnson) Bainey.

Surviving are his parents; his common law husband, Brady R. Stout; two sons, Brandon Bainey and Gaige Bainey-Stout; a stepdaughter, Brianne E. Stout; two sisters, Barb (Chip) Powers of State College and their children: Leslie, Morgan and Weston and Kristy Bainey (Scott Hallman) of West Decatur and their children: Dylan, Jake and Sierra (and children, Alayna and Dalton); a brother, David Bainey of Philipsburg and his children, Maxx and David; and a brother-in-law, Daryl Stout and his wife, Amy.

He was preceded in death by his in-laws, Joan and Dick Stout; and his grandparents, June and George Bainey and Beatrice and William Johnson.

He was a medical billing manager, employed by Physician Revenue Management.

Tom enjoyed traveling and camping. He loved being a foster parent and volunteering at his son’s school. Most of all, he loved spending time with his husband, Brady, his son, Gaige and nieces, nephews, family and friends.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no services.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
