Sue Ann Beal, 75, of Altoona, passed away Friday at Select Specialty Hospital in Johnstown. She was a daughter of the late Donald and Josephine (Cernuti) Buzzard.
Sue was united in marriage to Cecil E. Beal in 1968.
Along with her husband of 57 years, she is survived by sons: Darren Beal, married to Tina; Gregory Beal, married to Lina Beal; and Daniel Beal and significant other, Michelle Rowe; grandchildren: Dustin Beal, Jordan Beal, Anna Sheldon, Alexander Beal, Justin Beal and Trevor Beal; siblings, Cindy Guerriero and Donald Buzzard; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Donna Buzzard and Laura Taylor.
Sue was an insurance specialist at UPMC Altoona and a devoted member of First Church of Christ in Altoona.
She was active in the Altoona Corvette Club, loved painting and enjoyed Zumba classes at The Groove in Wehnwood. Above all, Sue was an incredible mom, Mimi and friend who will be deeply missed.
Friends and family will be received from 10 a.m. until the 1:30 p.m. funeral service Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., 108 Alto-Reste Park, Altoona.
Burial will be held privately at Alto-Reste Park.
