Robert "Bob" Stiver, 74, of Altoona, passed away Saturday at UPMC Altoona. Born in Altoona, he was the son of the late Carl and Dolores (Novack) Stiver.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Pamela Wright.
Surviving is his niece, Rebecca Champagne. Bob will be deeply missed by his longtime partner, Muriel Toth; and his loving family and friends.
A proud ironworker, Bob enjoyed gardening, bird-watching, poker and fishing. He loved traveling, NASCAR and teaching tricks to his cat, Susie.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
