Margaret A. “Peggy” (Clyte) Campbell, 84, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Sunday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Ernest P. and Marolyn L. (Kuny) Clyte.
She married James R. Campbell on Oct. 27, 1961. He preceded her in death on Feb. 20, 1990, after sharing 28 years of marriage.
She is survived by a daughter, Debra Buchanan (Larry); and a son, Scott Campbell (Eileen); four grandchildren: Nicole, Lauren, Ross and Emily; and five great-grandchildren.
Peggy loved her grandchildren and enjoyed bird-watching and gardening.
Friends will be received from noon until 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, 2026, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 2 p.m.
Private interment will be at Presbyterian Cemetery.
