Jan R. Bussard, 80, Williamsburg, died Wednesday. He was born in Braddock, son of Joseph A. and Majorie I. (Perrin) Bussard II. On Dec. 3, 1983, he married Ruby (McGregor), who survives along with two children, Neil and Teresa; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two siblings, Joseph III and Susan. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. A graveside service with military honors at Shellytown Fairview Cemetery will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are by Fink & Stone Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Williamsburg.
