Carol A. Corle, 82, a resident of Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, formerly of East Freedom, passed away Wednesday.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Oliver David and Sofia (Domack) Snyder. On July 25, 2003, she married Gary W. Corle in Winchester, Va. He preceded her in death on April 14, 2017.
Surviving are son, Ralph D. LaMagna; a grandson, Ben LaMagna; a granddaughter, Chelsea LaMagna; nieces and nephews: Mike (Patricia) Beeler of Spokane Wash., Pat (Christina) Beeler of Altoona, Kathy (Scott) Sheedy of Cornish, Maine, Tim Beeler of Altoona, Kelly Beeler-Conrad of Altoona, Joe (Melissa)
Beeler of Bellwood, Dan (Sherry) Beeler of Altoona, Sue (Shawn) Jarrett of Altoona and Chris (Lisa) Beeler of Altoona; and several great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Michael J. LaMagna Jr., on Oct. 3, 2024; and two brothers, Kenny Snyder and Donald Beeler.
Carol was a 1961 graduate of Altoona High School and a member of St. Catherine of Siena Church, Duncansville. She retired as a caregiver and enjoyed her cats and dogs.
At the request of the deceased, private services will be held at the convenience of the family, with prayers being led by Sister Linda LaMagna.
