William T. ‘Bill’ Weyant

He was born in Hollidaysburg, son of the late Kenneth R. and Nancy A. (Thomas) Weyant.

Surviving are his wife, Rebecca L. Weyant; three children: Lisa M. Weyant, William T. Weyant Jr. and Heather J. Ansman; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and his sister, Jenny C. Wray.

He was preceded in death by his five brothers: Herbert, Phillip, John, Denny and George.

Bill worked for and retired from Norfolk Southern as a machinist. He also did carpentry work and especially enjoyed gardening.

Friends and family will be received from 10 a.m. until the noon funeral service Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2025, at Rose Hill Funeral & Cremation Care Inc., 118 Rosehill Cemetery Drive, Altoona, Pastor Elizabeth Hess officiating. Interment will follow in Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
