Richard Terrence Kane, 84, of Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin, Pa., and formerly of Altoona, died Thursday. He was born in Altoona, a son of the late Walter A. and Reba I. (McCartney) Kane. Surviving are three siblings: James A. Kane, Sue K. Neilson and Debbie C. Smith. He served as a Private in the United States Army and was an avid golfer. He was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Altoona Curve. There will no visitation or services. Burial at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Glasgow. Arrangements are by McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
