Richard Melvin Peacock, 86, of Coalport, died Sunday. He was born in Coalport, son of the late Robert W. Jr. and Margaret M. (Pyzowski) Peacock. He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Joseph Reifer; brothers: Robert Jr., Donald, Lawrence and James; and sisters, Jane Keith and Barbara Irvine. Surviving are his wife, Beverly; children: Kelli Rydbom, Gaylene Rydbom, John Maczko, Brian Peacock and Marcy Skebeck; numerous grandchildren; and a sister, Eileen Troxell. Richard was a U.S. Army veteran. A memorial service will be announced. Arrangements are by McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
