Joseph J. Frieko, 58, of Duncansville, passed away Wednesday at UPMC Altoona after losing his battle with cancer. He was a son of James E. Frieko and the late Cecilia G. Frieko.
Along with his father, he is survived by a brother, James Frieko (Jackie); a sister, Cecilia Horvath (Kevin); nieces and nephew: Janee Frieko, Jacob Frieko (Lauren) and Allison Horvath; and a great-niece, Kaleigh Frieko.
Joseph graduated from Hollidaysburg Area High School, and then served in the United States Army.
After serving his country, he attended Mount Aloysius College. He was employed at UPS as a delivery driver for 30 years.
Joseph enjoyed the outdoors: fishing, hunting, boating, biking and photography.
He will be sadly missed by his family.
All services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
