William J. ‘Bill’ Cooper Jr.

William J. “Bill” Cooper Jr., 61, Altoona, died Tuesday at UPMC, Altoona, after an extended illness. He was born in Newton, N.J., son of the late William J. Cooper Sr. and Agnes Cauldwell. At the request of the deceased, there will be no public viewing. Arrangements are by Anthony P. Scaglione Funeral Home, 1908 Seventh Ave., Altoona.
